Article 1 with a view to promote the healthy development of the radio communication, enhance the micropower (short) radio equipment (hereinafter referred to as the micropower radio equipment) management, prevent the micropower radio equipment of broadcasting and television, navigation, mobile communication and radio astronomy business such as a radio interference, ensure all kinds of radio equipment normal and orderly work, These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Radio Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China.
Article 2 Micro-power radio equipment refers to the radio equipment that meets the technical requirements in the annex to these Regulations.
Article 3 The development, production, sale, import and use of micro-power radio equipment shall be strictly governed by these provisions.
Chapter II General Provisions
Article 4 The use of micro-power radio equipment shall not cause harmful interference to other lawful radio stations. If harmful interference occurs, stop using immediately and try to eliminate harmful interference before continuing to use.
Article 5 The use of micro-power radio equipment must avoid or bear the interference of other legal radio stations or the radiation interference of industrial, scientific and medical application equipment. In case of interference, it shall not be protected by law, but may report to the local radio regulatory authority.
Article 6 The use of micro-power radio equipment does not need to go through the radio station license formalities, but must accept the necessary inspection or testing of the product performance indicators by the radio administrative agencies.
Article 7 The development of micro-power radio equipment shall go through the relevant procedures in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Development of Radio Transmitting Equipment issued by the state radio administration authority.
Article 8 The production and import of micro-power radio equipment (or other equipment containing micro-power radio equipment) shall go through relevant procedures in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Import of Radio Transmitting Equipment and provisions on the Administration of Production of Radio Transmitting Equipment issued by the national radio administrative authority. The type approval code (the third letter being "D") of micro-power radio equipment shall be marked on the conspicuous part of the equipment manufactured or imported. The manufacturer shall accept the inspection and testing of the performance indexes of its products by the national or provincial (regional or municipal) radio regulatory authorities. The performance indexes of the products shall meet the requirements of this regulation, and the products that do not meet the requirements shall not leave the factory.
Article 9 No micro-power radio equipment shall be manufactured, sold or used within the territory of China without type approval by the national radio administrative authority.
Article 10 Any manufacturer or user of the micro-power radio equipment approved by the national Radio administration shall not, without authorization, change the frequency of use, increase the transmitting power (including installing additional RF power amplifiers), connect external antennas or switch to other transmitting antennas, or change the original design characteristics and functions.
Article 11 Micro-power radio equipment must be installed in a complete housing, and its external adjustment or control devices are only used for adjustment or control within the scope of the technical specifications approved for the type.
Article 12 For the performance and technical indicators of various micro-power radio equipment, see the appendix. According to the development of technology and the needs of the market, the national radio management authority will modify and supplement micro-power radio equipment and technical indicators according to the specific situation. Use of the following micro-power radio equipment must also comply with the following requirements: 1. Wireless microphone, biomedical telemetry equipment
If the frequency used is the same as that of local sound and television broadcasting stations, it shall not be used locally; If interference occurs to local voice and TV broadcast reception, stop using the device immediately. Use the device again after the interference is removed or the frequency is adjusted to a non-interfering frequency.
Crane or transmission machinery special remote control equipment, electronic crane scale wireless transmission equipment
Electromagnetic environment test shall be carried out before installation to avoid interference or interference with the normal operation of other similar equipment, resulting in production accidents; When the harmful interference should be immediately stop using, to eliminate the interference or adjust to the frequency rate of no interference before re-use; In order to protect the radio astronomy business of Beijing Astronomical Observatories, equipment with the frequency of 229.0-235.0mhz shall not be used within the jurisdiction of Beijing. 3. Industrial wireless remote control equipment is limited to be used in industrial buildings (or buildings), and the interval between two launches is not less than 5 seconds.
4. Wireless data transmission equipment is limited to use in buildings, and the interval between two transmissions is not less than 5 seconds. In order to protect the radio astronomy business of Beijing Astronomical Observatories, equipment within the frequency range of 229.0-235.0mhz shall not be used within the jurisdiction of Beijing. 5. The duration of each radio wave emitted by the wireless control equipment for anti-theft alarm shall not exceed 1 second; The interval between two times shall not be less than 1 minute; Do not use for wireless control toys. 6. General wireless remote control equipment must have automatic control device, so that the radio wave emission duration of the periodic working wireless control equipment is not more than 1 second, and the interval between two times is not less than 60 minutes; Or the non-periodic operation of the equipment shall not exceed 5 seconds each time of radio wave emission, and the interval shall not be less than 60 minutes; Shall not be used for wireless control toys; If the frequency used is the same as that of local sound and television broadcasting stations, it shall not be used locally; If interference occurs to local voice and TV broadcast reception, stop using the device immediately. Use the device again after the interference is removed or the frequency is adjusted to a non-interfering frequency. 7. Model toy radio remote control equipment limited one-way control; Not to be used in the vicinity of airports and air traffic control areas; It shall not be used in the military control zone.
Article 13 Importers and manufacturers shall print the following contents in the manuals or operating manuals of their products:
1. Indicate the technical indicators and scope of use specified in the attachment, and explain the use methods of all controls, adjustments and switches; 2. Do not change the transmitting frequency, increase the transmitting power (including installing additional RF power amplifiers), and do not connect external antennas or use other transmitting antennas without authorization; 3. Use shall not cause harmful interference to lawful radio communication services; Once the phenomenon of interference is found, the use should be stopped immediately, and take measures to eliminate the interference before continuing to use; 4. The use of micro-power radio equipment is subject to interference from various radio services or radiative interference from equipment for industrial, scientific and medical applications; 5. Do not use near airplanes or airports.
Chapter III Supplementary Provisions
Article 14 Anyone who violates these regulations by developing, producing, selling and importing micro-power radio equipment, or arbitrarily changing the frequency and transmitting power of micro-power radio equipment, shall be dealt with in accordance with the Provisions on Radio Management Punishment issued by the national radio management authority.
Article 15 The import, production and sale of micro-power radio equipment not in conformity with the requirements of these regulations shall be dealt with by the radio administrative agencies and technical supervision departments of the state or province (autonomous region or municipality) where they are located according to relevant laws and regulations.
Article 16 Any imported or manufactured micro-power radio equipment that fails to contain the contents of Article 13 of these Regulations in its equipment description or operation manual shall be dealt with by the national or provincial (regional or municipal) radio administrative office and technical supervision department in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 17 The state radio administrative authority shall be responsible for the interpretation of these provisions.
Article 18 These provisions shall come into force as of January 1, 1999.
Annex: Technical requirements for micro-power (short range) radio equipment
Underground pipeline detection equipment:
The utility model relates to a radio transmitting device for finding and determining various cables, pipelines and similar structures buried underground; The device is used to couple radio frequency signals to cables, pipes, etc., and detect the position of these cables with a receiver on the ground. 1. 1. Frequency of use: 1.700-2.100MHz, 2.200-3.000MHz, 3.100-4.100MHz, 4.200-5.600MHz, 5.700-6.200MHz, 7.300-8.300MHz, 8.400-9.900MHz 2. Wireless microphone:
