JZ878 in the case of internal testing, the open distance can reach 8~20km transmission distance, the actual building can penetrate at least several 12-story reinforced concrete structure of the building, can well meet the working environment and requirements of the head.
5. Transparent data transmission. What is sent is received. PTZ control has its own protocol, and the wireless module does not transfer data packets to do any modification and analysis, so the communication between PTZ and the console will not need to modify any code due to the existence of wireless data transmission module, in the case of smooth hardware communication, software can be correctly executed without any modification.
6. Multi-channel, multi-rate. Provides 16 channels, which can be extended to 32 channels according to user requirements, to meet user requirements for multiple communication combination modes. The actual monitoring system uses different numbers of holders. If the number of holders exceeds 100 and the number of controlled holders is large, the holders can be divided into groups and each group uses different channels for communication to avoid packet conflicts and ensure the timeliness of communication. The wireless module can provide a variety of communication baud rates from 1200bps to 38400bps, and the wireless transmission rate is proportional to the interface baud rate to meet the needs of customer equipment for a variety of baud rates. The baud rate of the head holder is generally 9600, but other baud rates are also used. The rate range of the wireless module can fully meet the requirements of the head holder.
7. Provides three interface modes: RS232/485/TTL. Users only need to plug and remove the short-circuit device and then power on the device to change the interface type. The working head holder generally does not want to be rearranged, so the wireless module is required to adapt to such a situation, and the current head holder interface mode is generally RS232 or 485, or both support, so the wireless module can adapt to the head holder interface mode, without changing the head holder hardware can work.
8. Intelligent data control, users do not need to compile redundant programs. Maximize the reusability of most serial operation codes. For the software of monitoring system, the way of wireless transmission and the original wired transmission are exactly the same, only need to increase the wireless module on the hardware, remove all the wired lines and equipment at the same time, and the operation is also very simple, basically just access the wireless module to the upper computer and the lower computer.
9. High reliability, small size and light weight. High performance single chip processor ATMega8L, less peripheral circuit, high reliability, low failure rate. The volume of wireless module is similar to matchbox, such size will not cause difficulties to the transformation of the original system, and even some capable manufacturers can embed wireless data transmission module in the head, so that the product has a leading competitive advantage.
10. Real-time monitoring by watchdog. In the case of power failure, power surge, external interference, system debugging, wireless module will not have problems, as long as the power can work, safe and reliable, stable work.
To sum up, due to the characteristics and characteristics of the wireless module, the software control part of the head can be put into use without modification, and the hardware does not need to do special treatment, just need to connect the communication line to the wireless module.In RS232 interface mode, connect GND, RXD, AND TXD of the PTZ and control terminal to the corresponding interfaces of the wireless module. In RS485 mode, connect A and B to A and B of the wireless module. You can even use 485 on one end and 232 on the other. Finally, the wireless module is correctly set up and connected to the power supply, and it can be put into use. It can be applied to the installation of a new system, or to the modification and upgrade of the existing system.
